Birth Doula Package - Limited Time Offer $300
For a limited time, while working toward my DONA International certification, I will be offering birth doula services for $300. I have completed all required course materials, and am trained to assist you in labor as I attend births to complete the certification. Below I have detailed exactly what this discount package entails.
Pregnancy
During your pregnancy, I will meet with you and your support person(s) 1-2 times to discuss your desires regarding your delivery and postpartum period. I will assist you in creating a birth plan, and ensure I understand your priorities and wishes. Additionally, I will be available via email, text, and phone from our first meeting throughout your pregnancy for questions that may come up.
Birth
From 37 weeks on, I will be reachable 24/7 regarding the start of labor. I will be in contact with you continuously as you begin early labor, and will meet you at your birthing location upon your request. I will assist with your communication as you advocate for yourself with staff, as well as support you physically via different positions and coping mechanisms. I will remain with you until about 1-2 hours after your baby is born.
Postpartum
After your baby's birth, I will continue to be available to support you with any questions you may have, and to recommend resources you may need. Sometime within the first few weeks, we will schedule a time for an in person visit at your home where we can discuss your delivery, ensure you have everything you need, and, of course, admire your newborn.
Birth doula services are offered in Central and Eastern Massachusetts. My specific interests and passions are natural childbirth, home birth and birth center deliveries, vaginal breech deliveries, and VBACs. For any questions you may have regarding my services, please feel free to contact me.
